Thanks to our highly efficient production and quality control process, we offer innovative solutions for the productions of dedicated multi-material injection moulding (up to three different materials or colours).

All our moulds are tried and tested before moving into the process of moulding for mass production.  During  post production, we carry out numerous quality control checks on the items in order to:

• set the standards required during the implementation of tests.
• analyze various  issues concerning the dimensions, the structure resilience and the aesthetics of the item being produced.

Finally we can also provide our clients with the following post-molding services:

• Paint finishes.
• Serigraphy and Tampography.
• Assemblying of plastic inserts.
